Conditions of Participation

I declare that I understand that the Tvrz Libušín z.s. 266 60 211, address: Samota 45, 27306 Libušín (hereinafter referred to as "organizer") and its employees, representatives or other persons authorized by the organization of the Battle of Libušín (hereinafter referred to as "event") shall not be liable for any property damage or any other obligation to perform in connection with loss, damage, bodily harm or death caused by my negligence or willful action in attending the event, or which will be caused to me by another participant or third party. I am aware of the increased risk of injury. I have been advised by the organizer about my duties, the protection of property and the health of myself, other participants and third parties. During my participation in the event I will follow the recommendations and instructions of the organizer and actively prevent damage to health and property.
I declare that I have been informed by the Organizer of the Rules of Action available on the website of the event www.bitvalibusin.cz/pravidla-akce and I undertake to abide by it without reservation.
In the light of the foregoing, I hereby expressly declare that:

I am over 18 years old (not for persons with legal guardian's consent, see below).

I take part in the event at my own risk.

I am aware of any possible negative consequences arising from my participation in the event, in particular the possible health or material damage and injury in view of the increased risk arising from the nature of the event.

I am using the equipment I am aware of and state that it is fully qualified to participate in the event safely. I am familiar with my weapon and am able to control it so as not to cause injury to other participants.

I will not overestimate my or my equipment. I will thoroughly familiarize myself with the scenario of the event and will respect the instructions of the organizer, its authorized representatives and my commanders.

I declare that I am physically fit to participate in the event and have not concealed from the organizer any facts that could endanger the safety of myself or other participants.

I will not use any substances that affect attention, concentration or consciousness before or during the battle.

During the event I will use appropriate protective equipment to protect my health.

I will respect the decision of the organizer about its eventual exclusion from the event due to non-fulfillment of set obligations, instructions of the organizer or its authorized representatives or due to unsatisfactory equipment or breach of the set rules.

By registering as a participant, I agree to the processing of my personal data in accordance with GDPR.

By confirming the Participant Registration you agree to comply with the Rules for Camping.

By confirming the Subscriber Registration you agree to abide by the Conditions of Participation.

By confirming the Participant Registration, you agree to abide by the Rules for Battle and Event.

By confirming the Participant Registration you agree to abide by the Rules for Archers and Shooters.

By confirming the Participant Registration form, you agree to abide by the Battle Participant's Terms and Conditions.
It is not possible to apply for more than one person at once. Everybody has to register for the event in person and by filling in the registration form. If you have not registered yet and would like to participate in our festival as a performer, please complete the Festival Festival Participant Registration form. Without this registration you will not be issued a participant camera and your future regret will be treated as a viewer at the event.
